Return Policy
All items must be returned within 15 calendar days upon receipt of item.
eHitched.com will reimburse customer for all shipping charges incurred if the item is deemed returnable.
All items must be returned through USPS Priority mail. If special circumstances apply contact eHitched.com customer service department (
service@ehitched.com) for details.
All returnable orders will receive a full refund, store credit of equal value, or new item within 7-14 business days upon receiving the returned item.
All refunds will be returned to original form of payment.
Customer will pay for shipping and handling charges on exchanged items or items redeemed through store credit.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unused, and without damage in original packaging with the original sales invoice/pack receipt.
Returnable Items
- Defected items due to manufacturer error.
- Incorrectly personalized items on the part of the manufacturer.
- Orders incorrectly filled by eHitched.com and manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any items not listed under returnable items will NOT be refunded or returned to include:
- Orders incorrectly placed upon the part of the customer.
- Any personalized item that was not defected due to manufacturer error.
- Incorrect sizes on clothing items due to customer error or miscalculation.
Return items will not be accepted if they do not meet the above conditions, therefore no refund will be given and customer will pay for any shipping and handling charges incurred during the return. All returns are subject to approval by eHitched.com.
